Terms of Use 

 

1. Terms 

By accessing any program or event of the company, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing any program or event of the company. Programs & events of the company are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. 

 

2. Important Notes 

You must have an email address (check in the spam box area if you do not get the delivery email straight after your purchase) + reliable internet connection + computer, to be able to follow the programs or receive & print events tickets that will be sent to you after your registration.

If you encounter a technical issue with the delivery of your content, please send an email directly to the service concerned, clearly explaining your issue and mentioning the title/reference of the program or event concerned :

For events : the email contact given by the event manager 

Programs and events are non refundable and personal/non transferrable.  

In case of changes for events (date, people featured, time, place…) : A new ticket will be issued with 1 month minimum prior notice. 

In case of program or event cancellation, a voucher of the same value will be issued, to be used on selected events and programs. 

 

3. Use License 

 i. modify or copy the materials; 

 ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); 

 iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Program; 

 iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or 

 v. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server. 

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) of any program for personal, non- commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: 

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. 

 

4. Disclaimer

The company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. 

 

5. Limitations 

In no event shall the company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the program materials or event content. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. 

 

6. Revisions and Errata 

Program materials or event content could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The company does not warrant that any of the materials on sale are accurate, complete, or current. Changes to the materials contained on the website can be made at any time without notice. 

 

7. Terms of Use Modifications 

These terms of use may be revised at any time without notice. By using any program or accessing any event you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

8. VAT 

VAT (taxes) apply for EU citizens : If you are a EU resident, the external service used for the payment process and delivery of any program or event might add a VAT to the total price of the latter according to your country of residency.
